Before setting up notifications on your website, you first need to create a campaign. This is a useful way to group notifications based on different objectives (e.g. lead generation or customer feedback), or for different sub-domains used for international targeting.

 

Creating a new campaign

1. Go to your Convertzy dashboard and click on the 'Create Campaign' button
2. Add a relevant name for the campaign (e.g. '[Website Name] Lead Generation'
3. Add the domain (or sub-domain) that you'd like the notifications to appear on
4. Click the 'Create' button to create the campaign
5. Make sure that you've successfully installed the script on your chosen website

 

All campaign details can be changed after if you've made any mistakes or want to change the campaign information.
